I would just like to know, what did you as a LPN make your first year with no experience?

Started out at about 14.50 at one job and the other at 16.00. yes I'm working 2 jobs.

2006 was my first year as an LVN/LPN, and I started at $18.50 hourly in Texas.

My pay rate is now up to $21.50 per hour. I have earned as much as $25.

$ 23.00 in Maryland, and new grad

im in central nj and i just got a job making 24/hr full benefits 3 weeks paid vacation 8 sick days 2 personal match 401k and tuition reinbursment

I just started my new job I'm a new grad and I'm making 27.50/hr in Michigan.

i am a new grad working full-time, 3-11 shift. i work in central new jersey where the facility is county owned. with night/weekend differential added to my base bay, i make close to $24/hr.

not too shabby but consider the cost of living when seeing the different pay rates in different areas/states. cost of living affects the pay rate.

I just passed the NCLEX on Monday, and I have been offered my first position as an LPN. $16.50 base pay plus $2.00 diff. I'm in Florida.

That is after. Before is 24.00. I'm working 3-11 shift so we get paid more. But even the before rate is awesome. :)

That's good too! I would love to work the baylor shift, haven't been able to find it yet around here. Where do you live?
