May 24, 201016 yr Hello everyone,I wanted to say hello to everyone applying to Spring 2011. When do you plan on handing in your application? I am so excited to be near the end of my perquisites. GOOD LUCK and I hope to see you all in the spring!!!
Sep 12, 201015 yr oh i got my pink card! finally, i was gettin nervous. Now we just have to wait 2 months~
Sep 13, 201015 yr I can't believe my pink card says the end of November. The website says that letters are mailed 4-6 weeks from the application deadline. That would put us at the end of October at the latest. I called about it and they said the err on the side of caution when mailing the cards back. They should have things done before then, but if they put an early date on it and run over, they get a million calls a day. Also, keep an eye on your Simon account when it gets near the date...someone I know that made it in during the Spring noticed a $200 seat fee on it 2 weeks before they received their acceptance letter :)
Sep 13, 201015 yr I read other threads; ppl who applied for spring2010 got the letter by the end of October. Hopefully, we will hear something around that time too.Good Luck everyone!
Sep 15, 201015 yr I just applied to CCBC's Spring 2011 day nursing program. Does anyone know what the schedule might be like? Thanks
Sep 15, 201015 yr I have heard that it runs Mon - Thurs, and starts very early in the morning. Two days are spent at a clinical placement (a hospital), and the other two are on campus. I have heard that placements can be anywhere. In other words, they use many different hospitals. A bunch of us are waiting to hear about Spring 2011, including me! The latest you would hear is Thanksgiving time, but it may be up to a month earlier, according to the rumors! Good luck. If anyone wants to add or modify/ go ahead. I think all of us are operating somewhat on rumors, etc.
Sep 17, 201015 yr I was just wondering if anyone can confirm how ccbc determines your gpa? is it just 4 pts for an A, 3 pts for a B, 2 for a C and then you add up all the points and average it out? Or are certain classes weighted more? Thanks
Sep 18, 201015 yr Yes, that would be how to figure out your GPA. The Selective Admission Office considers 3 different GPAs: science only, pre-reqs and general ed. and then, of course, your TEAS score.
Sep 20, 201015 yr Yeah, thats what i figured, i just wanted to make sure non of them were weighted differently.
Sep 30, 201015 yr Yeah! I got my pink card last week! Still there is a long wait. Keep our fingers crossed... Good luck to all of us.:)
Sep 30, 201015 yr Author The wait is driving me crazy and it's only been 2 weeks since the applications were sent in. I feel like this...:hdvwl::uhoh21:
Sep 30, 201015 yr I know. I hate waiting, too. There better be some good news. By the way, has anyone applied more than one campus? I only applied for Catonsville cuz it's closer to where I live. But that might also limits my chances to get in to the program. However, there's nothing I can do about it for now.

The only way you can apply to 2 campuses in one semester, is if you apply to the RN program and the LPN program at Dundalk.
