would that include the time off to enjoy it????
it would be something close, 2 hrs, so you could go there on your days off or a long weekend.

Nor me - sorry! My priorities would include:
1. Improved staffing.
2. More $$.
3. Better hours.
4. Higher shift diff.
When I take vacation, I want to go FAR away - lol.

A time share would be nice, but I would want to know other things like:
1. what is the patient/nurse ratio
2. what is the pay$$
3. what is the schedule
4. what type of unit is it
The time share just sounds too good to be true.

Don't do it!!! A time share is a huge pain in the a**! They can be nice while you're visiting, but you have to pay maintenance fees every year, and any "special assessment fees" they decide to throw in as well. Also, they're impossible to get rid of. We're going to be donating ours to Donate for a Cause.

I would be against time shares in any capacity aside from a controlling interest in stock of the real estate companies getting rich off of the poor shmucks who invest in a time share.
Additionally, I would like to point out (only because it bothers me greatly) the plural of bonus is bonuses, not "bonus's".

Not even a little interested. I want more $$$ and more time off - that way, I can do as I please with both.
