Where are all the Indiana members? This board has been moving so slow lately I don't know about you all, but I'm very bored waiting for school to start. I start the LPN program at Ivy Tech this fall, CANNOT wait. I love my two boys (ages 1 1/2 and 3 years), but I can only play and clean house, laundry, dishes so much. I've exhausted all means of entertainment for them, they're so spoiled. They're actually asking to go back to daycare. LOL :chuckle Ok, just thought I'd give a shout out to all my fellow hoosiers. I'm sure the board will hopefully pick up by next month. Later, Jen

Hi guys.
I'm hoping for Purdue Calumet, PNC, IU South Bend, IUNW or Rush....
I'm also applying in my old state Texas.
Good luck you guys.
Ivy Tech Lafayette...I was lucky to get some grant money, to cover tuition and books. Got most of my books-don't know where to start reading, there's so many. :uhoh21: lol
Looks like most of the people who have posted here are nursing students. Good luck to you. I'm faculty at IU South Bend and know how much work you have ahead of you! May your year go smoothly...

Hello, Future Indiana nurses. I just started my RN program this week at Ivy tech in Terre Haute. It feels good to be back in school after having the summer off. I finished all pre reqs and thought having the summer off would be a nice break, but halfway through I was ready to get back. It really has hit me that I'm actually in the RN program and it's not a dream. I know it will be tough but I am ready.
I only hope I can manage 3 sons playing sports, 1 husband who drives a truck and will be gone a few days each week. 3 dogs and 4 cats, 40 chickens, 3 goats, and 1 sheep.
I am 37 yrs old, and feel young but I have a feeling I will have several gray hairs and more wrinkles by the time I graduate.
I just started the LPN program Monday, don't have much homework yet or anything, I still feel overwhelmed with the future. I have 2 young sons, a hubby, and two dogs. I can't begin to imagine taking care of a farm, too! Whew! You must be some woman! :) Good luck, Jenny

Well, I guess theres probably alot of us out here. But we can't all be computer literate :) Don't get me wrong I love the state, but well.....there's alot of people that are very laid back, live on farms, 'don't need the internet' and so on. We are out here though :)
