:up:I just received my acceptance letter in the mail. I'm so excited. I'm 40 years old, single parent with 4 children, one I just took to college 2 days ago. I have been trying to get into a nursing program for 5 years now. Now that I have been accepted it does'nt seem real. I guess it will set in on the first day of school. Thank God I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey, That's great! Congrats!!:up: I am also a single mom, but I'm 39 and have 3 kids. My oldest just started his 2nd year of college. I too am hoping to get into an ADN program here at my local CC. I should be getting a letter to let me know whether or not I get accepted in the next week or two. Hopefully I'll get in too!! You are an inspiration!!:bow:
