Trump has always enjoyed the influence that his wealth has afforded him. He has long enjoyed having his likeness, his, name, and his thoughts published for the public record.  During the time that he was hanging around with his good pal Epstein, Trump also testified before congress about gaming in 1993. He was very inflamed about natives who didn't look like Indians to him.  Maybe it was the native gaming initiative that caused him to bankrupt 2 casinos by the date of that testimony.  It's a good reminder that he's always been a racist and incompetent.  

The WaPo compiled his testimony. That was a lucky find.

The story is just a good window into the dishonest world of Trump.  His supporters are confronted with a serious conundrum. This can't just go away.  A huge portion of the right wing support of Trump is very obsessed with pedophiles and Trump talked quite a bit too them about his old pal Jeff during the campaign.  These supporters are experiencing some cognitive dissonance over Trump's character and his lies used to con them.

What if the House just doesn't come back? What if they recess indefinitely to please Trump? They passed the budget bill; he doesn't need them to pass laws. He can rule by fiat, and if anyone challenges him, he lock them up in a law suit until SCOTUS rules in his favor.

My understanding is that a lot of white wing podcasters and influencers are not being understanding, as are some politicians.  

The DOJ is taking the brunt of their anger, not necessarily Trump. I'm thinking Bondi is on her way out.  Just another in the long list of Trump loyalists that bite the dust.

It's their own fault.  The DOJ does not have a history of releasing transcripts of their investigations.  They didn't release investigations of Trump during the Biden administration for example.  But during the campaign and early on they made a big deal of it, including the current FBI director who said the DOJ under Biden was hiding things (when they were just operating under the tradition of not releasing DOJ investigations) and Bondi said she had the list on her desk and then said there wasn't a list.  

Even the most basic of people can see she's lying.  Given Trump's association with Epstein and the back pedaling of the DOJ it's clear to me Trump that Trump was a client.  This is just speculation and one can't believe anything without prove.  There will be an issue "so what if he's on the list, what does that prove" and really nothing is going to happen to Trump as he's untouchable so it seems.

I personally don't think he kept a client list, but certainly the DOJ has a list that has been created during the investigation from the victims.
