I passed with Saunders only. The other moderator on this forum (Suzanne4) has helped many, many students pass the exam with Saunders only. Some people benefit from answering additional practice questions available at other sources, but Saunders has all of the content that a person needs to pass the exam.

If you are dping my program, you use the Comprehensive Review only. And you need to follow exactly what my guide states, nothing added to it.

I have a pass rate of 100% and ma very strict, but if you follow what I tell you to do, and do not deviate, then you will pass.

Your choice, but adding in another book at all, is not acceptable my me.

Hi Suzanne, I got my result today and failed. Could you help or give me an advice how to pass? What edition do I have to use? I have saunders comprehensive review for nursing 2nd edition. Thank you very much, your help is very much appreciated.

I'm planning to buy Saunder's book tomorrow and follow suzanne's plan as well :) I noticed there's a 3rd edition. Should I buy that one?

yes, 3rd edition is the latest for saunders comprehensive review book. good

luck.

Saunders is a great review, wishing everyone the very best.

I used Saunders and Suzanne's plan and I passed the first time.

I followed Suzzane's study guide to the dot. I am not going to deny that I was tempted to buy another book or take a review strategy, BUT it will only confuse you. Based on my experience, saunders will help you answer, analyze and make a scientific guess when your answering NCLEX...and suzanne's study guide will help you absorb more information.

So the answer is a big YES!!! I passed using only Saunders and Suzzane's study guide.

I am using Saunders 3rd edition and Suzannes plan, but I also am using the disks that comes with the book as well as the disk from Saunders Q&A i find that I need to answer more questions on a specific topic to know that I really understand that topic. If there are any more suggestions on how to pass please post.

I used Suzannes 4's plan...passed w/75 1st time. When I finished with this I had time left & did use Kaplan Trainer CD for extra practice questions only.

The only book I used was Saunder's, but I did as many practice questions as I could from many different sources on the internet and using the disc that came with the Saunder's book. I passed with 75 questions the first time out.
