:nurse:I'm preparing for my nclex but undecided where to review? Would like your opinions/experiences regarding the following review centers: Kaplan, Evoke-ATII, URC? Which is better? Or do you recommend other review center(s).Thanks

It is very hard to suggest a review center or a review plan for that matter....each of us is unique and each has his/her own way of studying and learning....
I, for one, studied using review materials like Saunders and Princeton, but never attended a review class. I passed with 75 questions on my first take.
Others suggests Suzanne's review plan, which I was not able to see.

I didn't attend a review class too. I used Kaplan online and saunders Q&A book. I passed with 75 questions on my first try... goodluck
actually.. for me, saunders is enough.. too late when i learn about that book..
Kaplan centers are good.. my cousin attended the kaplan's review class and she passed with 75 too..
it's up to you.. assess yourself if you need a help of a review center... or you can do it by yourself..
goodluck!

If you have a Kaplan centre then use it!

Sorry, but with all of the issues cropping up almost on a daily basis from Manila, I would be very leary of any of them, until proven to me otherwise.
Sad to say.
And there is absolutely no reason that you need a review center if you graduated fairly recently. You should be able to do the reivew on your own.

I attended Kaplan's Review in the Philippines. Although it was good and the test-taking strategies were equally good, it will still depend on what type of learner you are. I prefer on-line learning and reading on my own than being in a classroom. So I just listened to their test-taking strategies but still purchased other books and read so much on my own. Good luck to you!

To all the Philippine graduates here...
Can you tell us what school you graduated from?
What type of grades you received in school?
Did you take the local board?
Thanks...

Hi everyone!
I signed up for NCSBN online review. I was always impressed with the "Question of the week" especially since one of my friends said that she followed it for almost three months & two of the questions were quite similar to two questions she got on the CGFNS exam. It's quite interesting so far...
