Mostly http://www.indeed.com because it compiles listings from all the major employment websites. Also look at the employment department website. Got a job from there once.

I've gone on to google, typed in the area I was searching such as Philadelphia Hospitals. It'll give you a website that lists hospitals and then I searched each hospital website. I've also put my resume on monster.com.
