I am a home health nurse. I was working in a home with a patient for the entire day. The family had gone to work and I was there alone. The patient was asleep.
Suddenly, I heard very loud crying and screaming comeing from the next door neighbor. A woman was crying about her baby. She kept saying, "but it's my baby." I could hear her loud and clear, but did not see her. It went on for at least fifiteen minutes. Finally, I decided to go peek out the window,,There was a man pushing the women against the house and they continured to argue and the women was histarical. They kept referring to a baby being in the car and that the baby was crying. I never went outside. It was very stressful to say the least. The people carried on for at least 45 minutes.
What would you have done? Would you call the police? Would you just go back to your day and do nothng? Do you think that it was a bad situation?

Call 911 from the house phone, not your cell phone.

And so...what did you do? If you did not call 911, why not?
