What is the chart called ....??

Okay I am having such a brain freeze and can't seem to find it by googling .. the chart where the lab values go .. there is one line then open triangles on the ends containing lab values. I used this in school and can't for the life of me remember what goes in each box .. help anyone???

It depends on the sheet used in the facility.

And I call it the labs sheet.

Boy, I have no idea what you are talking about.

Where I work, the chart where the lab values go is the patient's chart and the labs go under "Lab Values".

Any specific kind of lab value, or just any ol' lab value?

Particular kind of patient?

Used it in school for what?

Otherwise, I'm with the other folks......ummmmm....WHAT?

I think you are referring to what the doctors use in their progressive notes.

Are you referring to the grid that has Na, Cl, K, H & H... ?

No, I don't believe she is talking about a specific place for lab value...there's a little diagram tool that's used for specific lab values, like in the ICU...it's a straight line and has two little thingies on the end.... kind of looks like this >----

Yes, I believe that's what the OP is talking about. We used this in school as well, but I don't think it had a particular name.
