Hey

I am going through the process now. I interviewed in January and got an unofficial offer early this month. I’m doing my vet pro and background and fingerprints tomorrow. Hbu?

I have a quick question. I private messaged you. Thanks

How has COVID impacted your onboarding process? Would you guys mind sharing what you were offered and how much experience you have?

Hey Covid did not impact my onboarding process at all. I have 2.5 years experienced and was offered close to 80 k.

COVID actually expedited my hiring process, I was given the firm offer withing one month from interview. Pay close to 90 k with almost 4 years experience as a float RN

That’s interesting! Besides the firm offer within one month how was it expedited? Like instead of mailing references did they just call? Was the vetpro process the same as for everybody else? Fingerprinting? I’m just having a hard time wrapping my head around this expedited process when there are so many steps to the hiring process to begin with LOL also what state are you located in? thanks for any details in advance! And happy weekend to you!

I did all the steps. They emailed the references which is my current 3 mangers and all give me a good reference. I done vetpro and nursing dimensions and all of that.

I just provided everything fast to them

For orientation, due to Covid I was not able to have a face to face NEO, it was all online, It was only 30 minutes and then I got sent to my department.
