UTMB Fall 2013

Ok Dears, so I called and she said I am good to go! Such a relief! Ok...not really because I still have to wait..lol. She also said that we have a long time to wait because they are still wrapping up everything for the summer program. So May sounds about right.

According to UTMB it actually won't be until May :c(

Is anyone going through financial aid? When is the deadline. I've never did financial aid before and I'm so confused on what to do next after I filed my taxes and imputed my information. I also got the email saying it was completed

Hello! I've been following this forum for months now and finally decided to make an account. I just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck. I am also applying to UTMB's Fall 13 BSN program. I feel like I wasted so much time trying to figure out what I wanted to do as a career choice and now that I am positive that nursing is for me, I am eager to get started! And now to wait for that green check mark!

Ugh how can they make us wait till may, it's not even march and I'm dying it has to be sooner than that!!!,I just don't understand because that's only about 3 months before the program starts! Some people are moving from hours away, just so crazy, On other post from years past when the deadline was January 15 people were finding out as early as the end of February so it seems like we should know somthing by the end of march beginning of April, im just feeaking out about living and finding work and a roommate in such a short period of time, but honestly they could call me the day before the program started and I'd be there! Lol okay that's my rant for the week

I know May just sounds crazy...same here. Looking at the spring 2013 everyone pretty much knew by the beginning of march! I just hope all of this waiting is worth while lol lets cross our fingers for early April! & hopefully they'll start doing interviews late march!

UTMB no longer interviews for the traditional program. The lady I spoke with at the School of Nursing said they only interview for their accelerated program.

Yes I saw that somewhere too about the interviews not being for the BSN program. I am definitely anxious for the acceptance letters or emails!!!!
