Of course they are otherwise they would be calling off the waitlist. We have until August though in case people don't pass drug tests or decide not to go. Lots of things can happen in a month, some people may be holding out to see if they are excepted elsewhere.

For those students that are completely new to ther nursing program, you probably should buy all those books. I emailed the foundations professor and she said the only evolve online program needed for graded work is the two year RN scenarios package.. The rest is up to you in what u want to buy.. All those skills are found in the foundations textbook.. If you are a visual person, maybe the online demonstrations you need to buy. I also haver some earlier versions by one version, and she okayed them, but you are responsible for comparable material to the new versions..

Don't give up hope... some people have been emailing the coordinators about wanting certain weekends off for personal reasons, of which is a no go for the program if your clinicals are those days.. It will be interesting to see if more waitlist people will get called... Just FYI, we have exams every week for 11 weeks...

Those of you who will be entering nursing school at UTA on-campus, do you know which access code (Version 2.0 or 3.0) do we need for N3632: Clinical Nursing Foundations. The access code is called "Nursing Skills Online for Fundamentals of Nursing by Potter & Perry". Have been asking around but no one has replied.

I had the nursing department call. The lady was like you can register for your BSN nursing courses. I was like I haven't heard from the nursing department as far as being called off wait list. She was like your name was on the list. Called Candice and she said it was to register for classes for BSN program. It just sucks. She also said they will call up until August 16, 2013. I am not giving up hope. Hopefully we will both get in.

Wait so you aren't or are in the program now? I haven't received a call about registering for nursing courses.

Did you apply to the on campus bsn program... I'm confused on what you're saying. For the AP-BSN, we had to complete an online orientation, of which is not complete until you do your drug test, of which we can't do until august sometime.. Then after we are cleared, then we can register... Those classes have clinical components... So I can't see you one registering without completing orientation components, and two without registering for the clinical portions well... You may want to speak with the administrative assistant for the nursing program... Theres only one and she is informative...

Also there's no need to rush for registering because they have space for all those accepted...so that is a weird phone call.. That woman you mentioned is in the office, but still your phone call is weird...
