UPDATE, PVT Does WORK!;)

Hey guys, I just wanted to give some feedback in regards to the PVT. I took my exam yesterday morning at 8:00, it stopped for me at 85 questions, I did the PVT RIGHT after and got the good pop up. I was really skeptical because I didn't think that the exam was as bad as I was expecting so I thought I had failed...any who, this morning, I checked with my BON online, and my name is there with my title and license number!!! So, add me to the list of believers, the PVT does WORK!!!:lol2:

I had about 3 meds, 2 of which I'd never heard of, 6 SATA (thank God) and I took the Kaplan course to study! I took the class in person as well as used the online resources they provide. I think I did about 3,000 questions before the NCLEx, in about a month in a half! But hey, it worked! I would totally recommend Kaplan, I found it very similar if not harder than NCLEX which is good!

M new here. Hi! :o

Took mine 07/29/2011. Walked out like the world ended. Couldn't even remember a single item. Then i stumbled upon this pbt trick. Tried it since Saturday, got good pop up. Now saw my name in brn webbie. Was blessed to find result so soon. Since i heard CA took a looong time! Count me in the pvt tried-and-true list! :balloons:

~ hi emjoi! :idea: I just want to ask you when did you take the nclex rn for cali?How long did you wait for your official result? I took mine august 1 and honestly i really felt bad when i got out of the testing center. I did the pvt and got a good pop out ( :yeah: thank God)...now what drives me insane is the release of the official result.

Hi! I took my NCLEX in Cali on a Thursday and my name appeared on the BON website on the following Tuesday....so about 3-4 business days....if you took it on Aug 1, then you should see your name by Friday. Hope this helps!

Oh and if you got the good pop up..then CONGRATS on passing!!!

i took my nclex at 2 PM today and have been checking compulsively since about 4 PM. i have only seen the good pop up. how soon does it actually take effect? is it really right away? i ready on other websites that some people have gotten the good pop up on day 1 and the next day it took them to the credit card page and they failed.

Hi Jennie12,

It works immediately just as long as the status says 'Delivery Successful' on your Pearson Vue account. I checked mine as soon as I got home from the testing facility (30 min. drive) and I had a friend who checked it in the parking lot right after her test. Anyways don't stress too much-- good thing is you got the good pop!! Relax and go enjoy the rest of your evening!
