UCLA New Grad Program 2010

Has anyone heard anything back from the UCLA New Grad Summer Program for 2010? I applied in the beginning of February and have only had a phone interview so far, with no feedback yet. Any info or others' experience would be much appreciated, thank you!

got a call from a recruiter to come in and interview! :)

Same here.. :nurse: nervous/excited!

Ugh.. I'm so disheartened. I've been checking the candidate self-service website almost everyday, but it seems that if I were going to get an in-person interview, they would have called to schedule it already. Has anyone else been called since 3/31?

i've been calling UCLA's recruitment but they kept saying different things everytime I call. I called them yesterday and they said that I am still being considered since I have not receive a rejection email yet. They said that it just takes time as they have a ton of applicants. My status says assessment interview completed 2/19. And the lady said it is a good thing that it says that. But two days ago they said they have not sent rejection emails yet and they have not contacted people for in person interviews yet but I told them about people having in-person interviews scheduled as per allnurses.com thread but she said that it might not be realiable. I don't even know who to believe anymore. But whoever got interviews set already good for you guys and good luck! I'm still hoping that I will get a call soon though..although I already have a job lined up. I would still consider UCLA if they call!

Yeah I don't really know what to think anymore about statuses, etc. But I'm just staying positive.

Any updates guys?

has anyone heard anything??

I called to check on the status of my application, but the senior nurse recruiter wasn't available, so they took down my number for her to call me back. Sigh...

let me know what they say.. i haven't heard anything either :(

Ok.. I just got a call back, and the guy I talked to said that there are two HR employees in the process of contacting their local candidates to set up in-person interviews. He said, "Hopefully you'll be getting a call from them in the next few days to set up an interview." I'm not sure if he meant that hopefully I'd hear from them soon than later, or hopefully I've made it past the next round... I should have asked him to be more specific.

did you ask for your application status?

Yes, and that was the answer I got.
