UCLA New Grad Program 2010

Has anyone heard anything back from the UCLA New Grad Summer Program for 2010? I applied in the beginning of February and have only had a phone interview so far, with no feedback yet. Any info or others' experience would be much appreciated, thank you!

uh oh...mine still says "we have contacted you for an interview" as of 2/15. it hasn't changed since completing my phone interview. maybe that's not a good sign :(

i hate all this waiting, it's so disheartening when you wait for so long and nothing comes of it.

AngeRN09, when did your status change?

mine still says... contacted for interview as of 3/3? so who knows

has anyone else's status changed?

Mine also says "assessment interview completed" as of 3/2.. So I don't know... Wonder if it actually means something different to what's actually going on with the apps... They didn't say when they would start calling or emailing??

I got my call from HR yesterday requesting to set up an in-person interview. It's been scheduled for the 2nd week in April with the senior nurse recruiter. I'm so excited! I

congrats! do you have clinicals or work there currently?

So I managed to talk to the nurse recruiter today, and during our conversation, she mentioned that whether the application status says "We have contacted you for an interview" or "Assessment interview completed" is a way for her to differentiate between groups of people...she didn't specify what the groups were. I highly suspect that if your status says "Assessment interview completed", it means that you passed the TalntPlus interview and will be receiving an in-person interview. Good luck!

does your application status say "assessment interview completed" then? Congrats!!!

Just got the call from HR and setup an interview with the nurse recruiter!

fyi - my status still says "We have contacted you for an interview" (as of 2/18/2010).

No, my status still says we have contacted you for an interview on 2/24 for the original phone interview. I used to work for the UCLA medical center, and the way they update their application status is still beyond comprehension. I wouldn't get too caught up on "assessment complete" vs. "contacted you for interview".... the assessment is really what happens before you are even requested to have a phone interview. So obviously if you "passed" the assessment, you should have been contacted for the phone interview and reference check.
