after i took my exam, the lady was smiling at me, so i guess that meant something

As far as I am aware the proctor doesn't see the results. We have had members post their experiences with the proctor and doesn't always meet what the proctor stated or indicated

NO, I FAILED TWICE AND THE PROCTORZ ALWAYZ sMILE AT ME AND WIsH ME LUCK WHEN LEAVING.

False, no one knows if you passed or failed unless you received your letter. I guess.

False. I think it depends on how you precieve it. The first time I tested the proctor said "No matter what happens still have a great weekend and stay positive" and I found out that I failed, so I took it as she might of knew something. The second time the proctor smiled did my finger print and I said this will be my last time and she just smiled again and said have a wonderful day. I passed that time but I felt as if the lack of words and a smile menat something good.

Yes, but the policy make them not to tell you if you pass or fail.
