If the school tells you to submit transcripts from all schools attended, and you don't, you'll be eliminated from consideration (or kicked out) if they find out. Do you really want to take that kind of gamble? What would be so awful about submitting all your transcripts?
Educators talk to each other. In one of my teaching positions, I caught a student cheating because she submitted (as her own) a paper written by a student at another school. She had no reason on earth to think that I would notice anything unusual about the paper. I won't bother going into all the details, but I was suspicious and checked with acquaintances of mine on the faculty of the nursing program at the other school -- someone there remembered the paper being turned in previously for an assignment by one of their students, and my student got kicked out of school (within a few weeks of graduating -- too bad, so sad).

Poor performance. I've been calling to nursing schools asking if they accept students who had to repeat a few courses, & they some said, "no". I am doing better now, but back then I wasn't. I don't want to be penalized for it. If I get kicked out, it's better than not ever being accepted.
I don't know. I sent everything to Excelsior College and the person doing the evaluation took courses from the 70's while ignoring the recent courses. This certainly contradicts the "recency" requirement of science courses. So I don't buy off on that one. It doesn't make sense to me why any kind of class from 1970 is better than something from the 21st century. Unless the person doing the review thought that the C I got in 1970 looks better on my current transcript than the A from 2003. Looks that way to me.

Do you have to submit all of the transcripts from every school you've attended or just one where you took all of your pre reqs at?
