Transcript Validation Form

I received a letter from CGFNS saying they still need Transcript Validation Form. Can someone tell me which form is this exactly as I remember sending all the forms from the booklet to my College. I was very careful, but maybe missed it.

The form and the transcript are enclosed in just one envelope right?

The form needs to be completed by the school and then it can be placed in the same envelope with the transcript. But most importantly, it needs to be sealed by them and have their stamp across it. Otherwise it will not be accepted.

But even if you do it now, you need to realize that they normally will not do one thing without the transcripts.

Do they actually have those in their possession? If not, then there is no way that you are going to get the VSC in less than two months.

Yeah It takes 10 working days for them to update the status of your documents.

Hi everyone. Seems i'm not the only one having problems with the transcript validation form. Let me just get this right. Transcript validation form = Request for Academic records? If it is, then my school has sent it since last february. And just a week ago i recieved an email alerting me that the document still outstanding is the transcript validation form. When i checked my status is was stated there waiting for required documents and on further checking of order it was stated recieved but not accepted. However they left a note that my transcript has met all requirements. I'm confused. I've sent them a letter thru email but all they said was read carefully the letter. I contemplated on calling but i was told you'll be put on hold more than 10 minutes, its kinda expensive.

Or am i still waiting for some form from them which they will send the school? or better to send another form with the transcripts again?

Thanks for the help in advance. I have limited time since i'll be leaving in 5 months time and i'm hoping to complete the requirements from CES and the state before i leave.

i applied for cvs and i received a letter from cgfns saying they have received my transcript however they cannt proceed with the processing because it didnt have a valid signature and a valid seal. i went to my school and said they have received the same notification as well. what they gave me was another set of transcript with signature and seal. i wonder if its the thing cgfns is really looking for and i dont wanna be wasting money. i believe schools dont release official records without seals and signatures right? im just concerned that perhaps they are looking for a certain letter they have sent that should be signed and sealed by my school, please help me. sorry about my english im not a native speaker. if you have questions please ask me back i really need to clear this out cuz my cvs will expire on the 13th of oct. thanks in advance

CGFNS only accept documents with valid seal and signature to ensure there is no fraud going on, can be harder if the school is unknown to CGFNS but as long as documents are resent and everything is decided as above board they will accept it

hello, i need help about transcript validation form. the cgfns sent me an email that i need to send them a TRANSCRIPT VALIDATION FORM. what kind of form is that? i cannot find the specific form in cgfns site. im confused:confused: already.. is it the same with academic records request and license validation request? :crying2:
