Hi everyone. Seems i'm not the only one having problems with the transcript validation form. Let me just get this right. Transcript validation form = Request for Academic records? If it is, then my school has sent it since last february. And just a week ago i recieved an email alerting me that the document still outstanding is the transcript validation form. When i checked my status is was stated there waiting for required documents and on further checking of order it was stated recieved but not accepted. However they left a note that my transcript has met all requirements. I'm confused. I've sent them a letter thru email but all they said was read carefully the letter. I contemplated on calling but i was told you'll be put on hold more than 10 minutes, its kinda expensive. Or am i still waiting for some form from them which they will send the school? or better to send another form with the transcripts again? Thanks for the help in advance. I have limited time since i'll be leaving in 5 months time and i'm hoping to complete the requirements from CES and the state before i leave.
