TGIF to All School Nurses !

i hope you all have a wonderful weekend ! it has been a very "trying" week to say the least ! hope next week we can bid a "not so fond" fairwell to h1n1.

I had mass chaos at my school wednesday and thursday and it is just eerily quiet today.......

THANK GOD! I had to laugh this week, because absolutely NONE of us were talking at one point! Too busy. I just talked with a couple pediatricians and they said that we haven't had any action in this area. So I am afraid that next week may be another l-o-n-g one for me :uhoh21:

I'm with all of you. My high school kids "all" have H1N1. Of course no cases have been found yet in my entire state, but hey, if it might get you sent home...

suspected h1n1 in a nearby district- their school closed at noon.

newly diagnosed nut/sesame/lemon allergy-- needing to do quick education and resource gathering for the teacher, class and parents.

monthly stats....

i learned a new one at a school nursing conference--

friday is poets day-- p*ss on everything tomorrow's saturday!!

I'm not a school nurse, but as the full time health assistant it has being a very trying week for me also. So glad its Saturday ! clinicals are done for me and tonight is girls night out !!!!
