    I feel your pain, so far 2018 has sucked! We own a small business and due to the freezing cold weather, the heat didn't work, the pipes froze and burst, and the SLUMLORD is being a totally scumbag. Then, my husbands truck died, will probably be about 1 k to fix, but may not be fixable at all! CRAZY! I just want to curl up and hide!
