Can anyone explain what the new grad program schedule is like (i.e. full-time 3 - 12hr shifts, day/evening, varied?). If you know anything about any of the San Diego hospital programs, please share. Thanks.

Do any of you have any interview advice for Sharp Chula Vista?? It sounds like it's a panel interview. Are there patient scenarios or behavior type questions? Thanks for any advice!

I just got called for a phone interview for Sharp Memorial Residency. Can anyone PLEASE tell me what kind of questions they ask so I can be sure to make it to the panel interview???? I would be extremely grateful.

Of course I also want to hear all about the terrifying panel interview also! I hear its brutal, and all about the nurse practice act. Is this true?

I was just wondering if anyone has received formal job offers into the Sharp Memorial Hospital Residency program for summer. I had a panel interview last week. As of now I have heard one of my classmates receive an offer.

Are they basically done calling applicants for interviews for the Sharp's Fall program? I know they said Oct. 3rd would be the deadline to hear back.
