I LOVE those! I can think of a few that should become standard on all files!

He left a few out! What about CTD?-- Circling the drain! Or positive shoe sign?-- A vag bleeder that not only fills up her shoes put yours as well!

I really liked ABITHAD. My favourite when I rotated through Cas: PFO (------ and fell over)

LOL when I worked as a Paramedic we used a few abbreviations: D.F.O. Done fell out-usually the pt who required lift assistance, or intoxicated pt who fell and did not know why. D.R.T. Dead Right There-self explanatory. F.U.B.A.R. F....Up Beyond All Recognition. We should right a book about non-medically used abbreviations. LOL

And DFOIC- Done fell out in church (we'd get a lot of those around 12pm, old big ladies wearing panty hose, girdle, bra and a three piece dress).
