RN for 3-5 years experience

Why not write out your questions here, and then whoever wants to answer them can?

I would rather send the questions privately just because they ask for personal opinions/experiences. Plus, they are for a class so I would rather not put my teacher's assignment on here. They are very simple questions so if your interested in answering them that would be great and very much appreciated!!

I meant to put at least 3-5 years experience. However, the more experienced the better so if you're interested in helping me out that would be great! :)
