  1. It's not an interview, nor did I ever say it was...I don't even need a name or the place where someone works. It's just going to be used as a discussion. If it was something more serious I think I would be smart enough not to use an online blog as a source..thanks for your concern.
  2. I did the same thing you did and now I'm a junior at a four year college and in my first term of nursing school. I spent one year at a community college and transferred my sophomore year. However, I will be graduating a year later than I should be. This isn't necessarily because of going to a community college, but because I didn't take the right courses. I wasn't sure what nursing school I wanted so I couldn't work with my counselor to create a good plan for me. My best advice would be to know exactly what nursing school you want to transfer to after community college and work very closely with their requirements. Make sure the courses you take at the community college transfers to the school you are looking at. If you do this, I think it would be a great idea to save money and buy a car.
  3. SO true. I'm currently in term 1 in nursing school and I can't count how many times I told a nurse I was majoring in nursing and they just shook their head. Luckily, I never let it get to my head and continuing to follow my dream :)
  4. Yeah I can read but I can't reply to your message. If there is anyway someone will let me email them please let me know. I'm going to use an old email address to send them just to keep everything private.
  5. Unfortunately, I can't message anyone so if there is any way an RN is willing to answer 5 simple questions through email please let me know! Thanks
  6. I tried, it won't let me do that :/
  7. I meant to put at least 3-5 years experience. However, the more experienced the better so if you're interested in helping me out that would be great! :)
  8. I would rather send the questions privately just because they ask for personal opinions/experiences. Plus, they are for a class so I would rather not put my teacher's assignment on here. They are very simple questions so if your interested in answering them that would be great and very much appreciated!!
  9. I'm currently in nursing school and looking for an RN to answer 5 simple questions. I don't need your name or even the hospital you work. It's for a class and it's just a discussion so I won't be writing a paper on it or anything. Please let me know if you would like to answer them.
  10. Yes just sent it! I hope it worked
  11. Also just wanted to let you know my mom read your answers and wants me to let you know that she thinks you are an outstanding nurse! She loved the answers as much as I did. You went above and beyond what I expected and I just want to make sure you know how much I appreciate you doing this for me!
  12. Wow thank you SO much. Your answers are great and are going to be very helpful!! I can't tell you enough how much this really helped me out!!! I'm a pre-nursing student now and your answers have really helped me learn more about nursing. Thanks again!!!
  13. Unfortunately it will not let me send a private message to you since I am a new member. I'm going to post the questions and you can answer them and send them to an email I rarely use. I hope that's okay. My email is: [email protected]. Also could you state your name and age just for reference. If you feel uncomfortable doing that, you can make them up. This paper isn't too serious! Thank you so much! I hope this isn't too much. ] ]1. How many years have you been working as a Nurse?] ]2. What hospital do you work at? What department? ] ]3. 14. Great thank you! Three years of experience is fine. I'm not too sure how this website works but would you like me to email you the questions or post them on here?
  15. I'm writing a paper on male nurses vs. female nurses. I already interviewed a male nurse and now need a female nurse to answer about 10 questions for me because my other plan fell through. Nothing personal. If you are interested in answering the questions please contact me ASAP! Thanks!
