265 questions..

Nursing Students NCLEX

Well just took the test yesterday..didn't prepare much. Just went to a review course for a week and did some questions on my own up until the test.. Didnt think I would be there for that long but of course I was there for 265 questions. I just kept trying to tell myself that I'm still in the game and I need to get it right. Don't think I passed whatsoever. I'm actually preparing myself to see that I failed. If I passed idk how I did it..and it would litterally be SHOCKED. Anyways decided to go ont his forum because it gave me some hope seeing that people passed. But I have to say that I REALLY dont think I am one of them. During the whole test I really wasnt confident about any of my answers. I just wished it had shut off earlier and failed me then so I wasnt there for 5 hours. But of course I wasnt going to get 95% of my answers wrong..probably only 50% wrong..agh. this stinks :-(

You never know. I did 265 questions about 5 hours and passed. Good Luck

Wishing you good luck.

I had friends that passed with 265. good luck

Me too! 265, 5 hours, passed! You can too!

Congrats!! :yeah::yeah::yeah:

how long did u prepare for the nclex overall and how many questions did you do?

Thanks :nurse: I started studying around end of June because I took a week long review course that my school offered.. then from there I would just do around 50 questions during the week using the NCLEX 3500 disc. Then for the 5 days before I just did around 200-300 questions a day using that same CD. Hope that helps

hey there! so you just did 300 questions overall? wow! thats pretty amazing!im takin mine on 27th and im scared. i have nclex 4000 (i think thats the same as 3500) do you think thats very helpful at all and hows the question compared to nclex 3500? thank you for feedback! congrats again!

I have been using the NCLEX 4000. I think that it is similar to the NCLEX 3500. I had a friend who used the NCLEX 3500 and she said that some of her questions on her boards were similar to those questions. Did you think they were? I decided to use the 4000 version because someone had told me that it was a little more updated because of the changes made on the NCLEX this year. Was this the only study tool you used?

honestly i find qbank questions more of an nclex type question than 4000. ive been doin qbank and saunders Q&A.im finishing kaplan book and then plan to do questions afterwards. i have kaplan strategy,kaplan course book, nclex 4000,qbank, saunders Q&A, and lacharity.
