265 questions and no hope!

Hey everyone, I know this is going to sound so typical but please hear me out. i took the nclex rn today, and took it to the full 265 questions. i didnt feel confident about most of my answers and i am preparing myself to see the word "fail" when i log in. i'm working on a burn/trauma unit as a GN, and the people i work with are awesome, but telling my nurse manager will be extremely hard for me. im very book smart, but honestly, the three books i used didnt help prepare me for the questions. i know how to prepare for the next attempt, just wanted to see if anyone else was just as stressed!!!

85% pass the first time and the majority that test come out thinking that they did not make it.

The number of questions that you received has not bearing on determining if you did not pass.

Please wait until you get your actual results before deciding that you need to prepare once again.

Hoping that you will be pleasantly surprised. Best of luck to you and please post how you did when you get the results.

stay positive and remember all things are possible!! good luck to you!
