Hello,

I selected Providence St John’s in Santa Monica as my first choice (TIP Sept 2020 cohort application).

I received an email two days ago (July 14th) for a video-interview.

“Thank you for accepting our invitation to video interview with Providence Saint John’s Health Center”

I am not sure if this is a generic email listing St John’s as the main interview facility, but it was my first choice.

The last time I had correspondence was May 29th when I submitted my on-demand video. It’s likely that applications are still being reviewed.

I think was one was why you wanted to be nurse or why work for Providence. And another was about what floor you were on during “senior practicum” if you had one 

Hi everyone. I'm interviewing for Mission Hills for their January 2021 TIP cohort on Friday. The emails I've received told me to be prepared for a case study in the interview. Does anyone have experience with this type of question? I have no clue what it could be as the interview isn't for one specific unit. Thank you!

Hello I have an interview for the Definitive Stepdown unit at St. Joes in OC for the April 2021 cohort and was hoping if anyone currently works there/or interviewed there can give me some insight and tips for the interview? Thank you!

Wondering if anyone will see this as quite some time has passed - but to all who were able to be accepted into the 2020 TIP Program- 

Do you have any advice for applications? I read through this thread and found some hospitals were more likely to hire than others due to a hiring freeze. I haven't submitted my app yet but was going to put 1. Tarzana and 2. Burbank.. With my preferred unit being ICU. 

Also- the application closes Oct 12 and I take my NCLEX at the end of this month.. The application opened Sept 20. Should I wait and apply once I have my RN or apply earlier and submit this week without it?

Hi ! I’m actually the one who created this board in 2020 and didn’t get in the new grad program due to the hiring freeze because of the pandemic. 
but yes! I just applied a few days ago!
