Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for timelines/questions about the TIP program for Providence starting in April 2020!

Hi! I'm gonna be on surgical/neuro at St. Jude in Fullerton! Anyone else on that floor or hospital?

Hi, I'm at St. Jude in Fullerton too! Did you get scheduled for your health screen?

Hello St. Jude people! So I called the HR and asked about health screening because they didn't get back to me for a long time too and they told me that we will hear back 5 days before our start date. I'm not sure why it's so late but hope this helps!

I too got a response to my email inquiring about our program schedule at St. Jude! HR said they’re looking into this...apparently the schedule was supposed to go out last week but so much is behind right now with Covid19. I’m sure they’re slammed ?

I wonder if all of who got hired and will be starting soon will be given an incentive or increase in pay offer due to COVID 19?

Hello everyone and thank you for this helpful thread! I've been hired by Little Company of Mary Torrance in one of their 8 float pool positions. We start 1 week from today but I haven't heard back about the health screening. I've called and emailed the Seattle based HR onboarding contact but can't reach her.

Has anyone else at LCM Torrance had their screening yet?

Thank you and blessings to all during this pandemic ?

The person scheduling health screens is making calls today. Be on the look out for a 206 area code.

Edit: My health screen is scheduled for tomorrow in Fullerton... apparently the only two areas able to do the screens were St. Judes in Fullerton or mission hospital.

Thank you JoCl89- Look forward to meeting you and the rest of our cohort!

I just received a call to sign up for health screening! (Ill be at St. Jude btw)

The number had No Caller ID.. so make sure to look out for that as well!

Perfect!! Do you happen to know anything about our schedule when we start?

Did anyone get a call yesterday, kind of about a general update/timeline of when we should be receiving emails or a phone call? Someone, presumably from HR, just said I should be hearing about my health screen 5-7 days before I start. And that I'd be receiving another email that has a packet of like all the information I should know. It was kind of a random phone call and not all that helpful I guess?

@nikkiim226 Yes, this guy left a voicemail saying we will get an email soon regarding a schedule or something like that! I didn't receive any emails though!
