  1. Our state just legalized recreational marijuana this week. So my question for AN is, what is your opinion on what we should do with it when (non-cancer) patients have/use edibles on a healthcare unit? Its legal, so should we treat it like cigarettes & send it to security lock-up until they're released? Do we discard it because it is still a federal crime? Do we send it to pharmacy to register it as a home medication? If so, how do you feel about dispensing it to patients along with their other medications? BTW, our hospital has not addressed this fully in policy as of yet. Thank you for your input!
  2. The vitals machine may have produced an erroneous BP reading. Therefore, the doc was correct in suggesting/verifying you followed up with a manual BP verification.

  4. Yes, I noticed roughly 1/3 of the NCLEX questions I remembered from reading specific Uworld rationals. I thank Jesus for directing me to the right knowledge prior to my NCLEX because I only did 500 Uworld questions.
  5. I found Uworld harder than the NCLEX. My NCLEX ended at 80 questions & took me 4 HOURS! Lol, I was in NO hurry hahaha

I take my NCLEX this Friday 3/31/17 and HAVE to pass because my new job starts on Monday Boards are enough stress already by itself, but all of this extra pressure of my licence deadline is almost too much to bear. I know that God brought me this far, He wont "FAIL" me now. I must stay focused & keep the faith. Please keep me in your prayers AN :)
