  1. I have been looking at the job market but haven't been able to start applying yet. From what I remember we have to be cleared first and that typically happens when the outpatient therapy is halfway done. I'm in my fourth week with Terros so I'm hoping to be able to start applying within two weeks. I'm nervous about the job search but it will be a step in the right direction.

    😄Good Call!
  3. I hear ya about assigning difficult patients! Can't make everyone happy and all too often no one is happy!
  4. Hi I am also a nurse from Az in your same situation. I started CANDO December 15th so I'm only a month or so ahead of you. I saw your post about looking for an outpatient program, I am doing mine with Terros. CANDO is overwhelming, I cried on my way home from my meeting with Jan. I don't have much experience with it but if you have questions let me know.
  5. I applaud your desire to maintain your integrity and honesty during your recovery. When so many other choose an easier alternative it is very respectable that you are doing the steps like you should.
  6. I agree that this site is great in finding support and information on matters that seem daunting.
  7. Congrats on finishing your degree! I can totally understand the feelings you had on whether it was truly necessary or helpful but it is a stepping stone for more opportunities and further education. Ultimately it will help your career.
  8. You are right staffing makes all the difference! One extra nurse to offload the patient ratio or an extra aid to help with lights can mean so much!
  9. Very good point!
