To get the ball rolling we need to know where you stand first. Do you have your RN license? Where do you want to go? Have you completed visa screen?..........

You don't have to worry about all these things. Let them do their job. Just make sure you do your part.

If i tell them that i have an emergency situation and have to leave without pay for six weeks... they must let me go, right? Or can they just say-no? What are the policies on emergensy leave? I don't know my rights and don't want to get fooled by them or fired. They lied to me alreday in the past.

It is true and it takes about six months to a year, depending on your service center and other things.

You can apply for work visa, but it's not recommended.

The answer to your question is no. You can't get a GC if you're an LPN.

Your school needs to fill out the request for academic records. The other form is for BON.

It's in your VSC application. But if you haven't signed it, your school has to do it all over again. The top part of that paper you fill out, and the rest is for your school. Then your school needs to send it to CGFNS. And make sure they seal it. Otherwise CGFNS won't accept it.
