  1. Im an LPN in florida and we give shots, we do wound vac, etc. The only thing we couldn't do are IV push, blood and iron transfusion. Of course IV if certified.
  2. In my facility we do admissions as LPNs and checked by both RN and LPN MANAGERS

  7. Yes, it is very true!!! It is stressful for a few weeks but you will get used to it. You can always ask for assistance from other nurses just in case you have a crazy shift.
  8. Didn't the instructor check it also because they're suppose to check it with you.
