First off I did ask her what she was expecting from me. She told me and I understood. Then she lied to program manager and course coordinator. She didnt document her lie tho just to keep her ass covered. I wonder why I wasnt kicked off to the floor and sent to the lab if I was that unsafe. Plus told me I was still going to fail but still could show up last week of clinicals? If I was charting she would tell me to stop slam her arm on top of my hand and chart for me. Whatever judge all you want guys

I will not give out that information too but I have all my classmates and nurses as witnesses on my side. Not gonna bother fighting her over it I figured she will get bitten in the ass. Reap what you sow

What is up with having to be a ***** to get respect as a nurse or a student nurse? Honestly during school the teachers are the biggest scum bags on planet earth. I dont know why I even wanna go back to redo my last semester.. yes I failed because a big shot clinincal instructor has that sort of power no matter how hard working and safe you are. I mean surprisingly on the floor I only met two evil nurses and the rest were excellent... no problems w pts. All of them we amazing even the one who threw a washcloth at me. Lol.. but really its the instructors! Arent they the ones not able to work floor anyways? Its obvious cuz they make half as instructors. Gosh I cant get over it. If I dont do something about it I will literally explode

Don't give up. Give yourself a break, make some money, relax. Hey you still don't know.. you may have passed. If not don't loose hope. You can do it!

I mean I'm just going to read a book now lol. Wish I could give you more advice about the associates.

Ill be at metro in the summer again unfortunately. .. lpn program. . Its a pretty good place. I would get everything in order now. Crack open a book and read. I have no idea what they cover for RN but good luck

Truth is where ever you work chances are your going to get hit on. Just stay professional.

I believe there is no need to be upset about this. She hasnt benefited from failing me. No one has. Theres a reason why this happened and I wont give up my dream.. this happened because as soon as I get where im going in going to be there to encourage others going through the same crap to not give up and they can also do it. Now with this happening I can get not one degree but three in two more years. Now I have time to study the material before attending the last part and reviewing everything I learned without feeling limited.. so I am seeing this as a blessing in disguise. Keep your head up everyone.. these clinical instructors are not God!

No need to be depressed. If this is what you want and your not overwhelmed... it could be a very fullfilling career

If you wanna go for np one if my instructors said just get you doctoral degree.. makes sense

Yup! :-) true.. learned something in nursing school. Said in person.. I do have evales from last semester and I may be able to find something there. That one said I may do poor in this one and I dont remember her saying it.. she said its in the evaluation. And she said this in front of program manager. Program manager was so nice to me.. she gave me her card and told me to email or call her anytime.. I think she saw right through the bs

I was on an oncology floor for clinicals and this lady would scream nurses names all day long for some opiods lol she fired her doctor and nurse for not administering them. But still if someone has this sort of illness why the heck not!

Plus what is it with clinical instructors comparining me to other students and saying their all better than me? Ive had two like that. What if im under section 504? Is this discrimination?

Lol I had a pt kiss me during my assessment. You know the nerve 11 shoulder shrug. Smh I did not try that again on him. I just kept going and brushed it off. Igored it.

I honestly cannot believe how they did that to you all. I just failed my last semester in lpn due to a subjective/lying clinical instructor. I just cant imagine three years of busting your a#& for this to happen. I wish I had some sort of advice for you. Nursing school is hell. They have no compassion and this is why we have a nursing shortage. Well whatever you choose to do I wish you luck.

My first two pts in clinicals were the best. My first one had dementia and kept saying she needed to get to the bus.. when I asked if she was allergic to anything she said money! Loved her! Second pt was a drama queen.. my instructor wanted me to give her a bed bath but she refused times three. My instructor did not care it had to be done.. so I got a washcloth thown at me. Then I also had a nurse who was my pt.. she and her roommate pulled out their straws and started making really annoying sounds with them. It wasnt bothering me but the other nurses who had to take care of them. Made me laugh. They were so fun

I was going to go to accually write a letter to the dean but its over and I wont bother. She will get hers when its time. I hope I get to watch.

I desided not to go. My theory instructor told me its over. I didnt do anything. Ok I asked her about a pt diagnosis and she said it was unsafe plus had the guts to lie. My pt was safe the whole time I was on the floor. This lady disliked me the day she saw me.. also babied me before I got on the floor.
