Molina Healthcare Remote CM?
It really depends on the company you working for. In my company you need to meet quota and be very productive and they leave you alone, only send you a check. By productive I mean, I produce 40% more than the people in the office.......

Telecommute full time while working part time as staff rn...possible?
I work from home 100% already for 8 months and I have thought, too I will be missing the social contact. Guess what I do not miss it for a second, I love what I do with so much flexibility and freedom, no stress. I absolutely love it. Oh, if I want to socialize, I go for lunch with the RN's I work with.... at home... If you are a mom, or you have your friends it is nice to work in low stress environment...You will enjoy it...

She have bought 7 homes...And guess what..... She went to trial after 4 years of investigation and needs to pay back 100 grand, 3 years of probation and that is all. No jail time, no nada........

How I passed NCLEX for the first time with 75questions (foreignEducatedNurse)
I am foreign educated, first time I took NCLEX and passed 1st time with 75 questions in 2005. It took me 45 minutes. Before NCLEX I was soooo anxious. So, I over-studied. I remember studying every day for 12 or more hours for 3-4 months. I was obsessed, but very well prepared. CONGRATS!!!

Anyone working as an independent health coach?
CCP is chronic care professional certification from Health Sciences. And I know for a fact there is a billing manual for health education. In addition as a RN you can apply for NPI number.

I think I'm going to quit during orientation
From my own personal experience, I advice you to quit. Why? Because it is toxic and unhealthy environment. And your mental and physical health is number one priority. I have worked over 10 years in many areas of nursing, and I am telling you it is not worth it. You are responsible for your health and you. The only condition for not quitting will be: 1. You talk to your manager and tell her the truth about your preceptor, so maybe you can get new one 2. Change the floor, pick something else If it is not possible quit, give a 2 weeks notice. Good Luck!!!

Advice on how to get back into a hospital?
Okay, I was in the same position, just one month ago. I have just got hired at Children's Hospital. Maybe do the same what I did: 1. Apply for CPN you will qualify ( hospitals like certifications, plus you must have BSN.); get PALS. 2. I did Case management at Peds Home Health and PDN. 3. Applied for Case Management at the hospital Part-time ( apply only Part-time, it is easier to get in). 4. It is good to know someone from inside or networking 5. Sign for all the conferences and meetings at your hospital you want to work for. It will take 3 to 6 weeks, but it worked. In addition, I have listened to Donna Cardillo CD about interviews and hiring. I cracked the interview you with flying colors. They were so impressed!! Show them you are willing to learn and will do anything.
