  1. Try to figure out study habits techniques that work for you.
  2. Tape lectures helped me. Sometimes you just have to brush off a fail, and focus on doing better on the next one. Just keep thinking I can do it
  3. Sometimes you have to brush it off, you may fail one test but succeed in others. 80% or above is the new A
  4. You will jump around through the textbooks as you go through school.
  5. I think you have to pass a test then you can work as an lpn as you finish school as a RN
  6. It really depends on you and what you can handle. But if you find you start failing classes or falling behind then it is time to cut your hours because school should be priority #1
  7. There will always be drama. People like to talk and gossip, but just try to keep yourself above it, and as long as you know you are doing your job correctly thats all that matters
  8. Your instructor will let you know of the days and times of classes.
  9. I would record lectures so you can go back over them before test day. Also, maybe join a small study group
  10. Haven't tried ebooks. I like the regular books where you can just pull them out and read. No computer needed.
  11. Find something you love. Maybe talk to the school counselor for help figuring out the career path that is right for you.
  12. Record the lectures, and then go back through them when your studying
  13. I would just buy recommended material.
  14. I find recording the lectures helpful
  15. We are only allowed to bring a folder with our neccessary papers, stethoscope, and B/P cuff, so I stick my penlight, etc. in my b/p cuff bag
