The idea of a CAT exam is that at any single point of an exam you're likely to miss the question or get it right. It may be a different difficulty level, but at the end you should end up with approximately 50% questions answered wrong. The key is what difficulty level you'll get on the exam. :) Your low score looks OK as long as you review all your answers no matter how you answer them and read the rationales.

OP, after getting your performance review, please don't overlook your strong areas as well. For your studying, you may concentrate just on your weak spots and forget about your strong ones, which may make them weak. It might be just your luck of getting questions with the familiar context, thus making that particular area appearing strong. Don't put too much weight into the performance review as it may not be 100% accurate.
