I would start out by figuring out how many mEq per mL I have for the ordered and on hand. But I am no math whiz and often make things more complicated than they need to be.

Look at the Memory Book of Nursing. It has great pictures for memorizing things, disease signs and symptoms, fluids & electrolytes, meds, etc. There are different volumes. Get an NCLEX review book like Saunders, there are good reviews at the beginnong of each chapter that makes for less reading. Also, there is a little spiral book RN-Notes or something (spiral is on the top). Most things ate covered quickly in a little page or 2. Of course, now I just told you about MORE study aids to buy :)

If urine specific gravity is less than 1.010 it is dilute - if the urine is dilute there is too much fluid = FVO. If the urine specific gravity is higher than 1.030 it is concentrated - the is not enough fluid = FVD. If the urine is much heavier than water then there is more waste product and less fluid. If tge urine is closer to the mass of water then there is more fluid and less waste. Not sure if that was what you wanted to know :)

I would like to ask how do you get invited? Is there an application online? Are there certain dates that there are postings about this or are there events that are posted somewhere? Graduation is drawing near and I dont even know where to start, but I think I need to start looking into these things soon. Thanks.

I am entering the program this fall, however it is through a dual joint program. I was required to complete chem 127, stats and History 127 in order to be accepted for the fall. All of the other classes were prereqs/coreqs for the program I am currently in so I already completed those.

I have heard of those services, but have never used them Look into tea tree oil.
