Did you try Kaplan....I join the classroom anywhere last nite....It's my first time using Kaplan it seems to be real good. I fail my first time too but last nite I spoke to the teachers and they told be to don't give up and that I was close because I went to 265. Don't be discourage, Kaplan motivated me last nite. The First time I use Saunders, PDA, and NCLEX 4000... Now I'm using Kaplan

As far as I know it's stop the pit, turn on the side, O2 but im not sure about increase IV fluids....hope that helps

yea that sounds about rite....2 sources say if it's been more than yrs and if there is a posibility the pt wound was contaminated by a dirty object the nurse can administer....something so... thanks

If anyone have any study info for the Nclex or an easier way to remember useful info for the nclex please share....I will be posting info that I come upon using my study tools and I'm asking everyone to do the same....Help each other out by reposting to questions and sharing useful study info....if you are stuck post ur question so we can discuss, there is no dumb or too easy of a question ....NCLEX is the enemy let's get together and conquer:w00t:!!! Hey I took the Nclex once before feb of this yr...first time for me I failed....but guess what I was not discourage...it brought out the fight in me for several reasons....It was not as hard I as I thought it would be....Kplan is way harder that the nclex...the areas that made me fail was psycology and pharm....I did not study ANYTHING in that area...when I got my result in the mail it showed...I got above passing in every sec. but those two....I felt the question was really easy....I only used the Saunders comprehensive 5th to review...I think you scores are great....I started to use the Lacharity and review NCLEX 4000 boy let me tell you oh how similar are the questions....the priority question are VERY similar.....review that and you are ready to go...Im testing in late Aug...so I'm working on my weak areas now....good luck.....Know ur priority.......

I got that same exact question a couple days ago...I selected D but this is how i came up with the correct answer...my strategy was this....she already had on gown, gloves and goggles...the only thing she did not have on was a mask.....so I figured inhalation of aerosols might be one way to become exposed and she did not put on a mask....that's how I narrowed it down....I hope this help!!!

I think you are reading too much into the question....I look at it this way...with or without the mask she is exposed to the chemo through inhalation aersols....
