  21. 6 months ago i had a full-time job at an ALF in there memory unit and got fired due to some employee conflict. Ive applied to almost all ltc, alf, hospitals here in my area and cant seem to get a call back from anywhere. My boyfriend who is also a CNA says that some places around here will not hire a male CNA because we're unreliable... Any advice on what i can do to get a call back from one of there places...
  22. This past Saturday i was working in the memory unit at an ALF. I was helping clean the tables and the other RA was taking another resident to the bathroom.. While i was cleaning and keeping an eye one resident who likes to stand up on her own. I turned around to through some trash away she wheeled herself to a residents room got up and i found her on the floor in a puddle of pee. So i called the nurse and got her up into her wheel chair. I took her to her room to clean her up and change her depend and cloths. So today i go into work and the supervisor finds me after i punch in and tells me to go to the AED office. The AED tells me im being terminated for leaving this resident in wet clothes and depend. Now i know it was either the nurse that lied or the other RA that lied about this. SO my question is will this make it harder for me to find another job
