But just give it a try, go back to school for your RN and come back and post in this thread and you will see why a LPN gets paid what they are paid. And you will definitely see why a RN is paid what they are paid. Like someone said up thread you are for what you know not so much for what you do.

The results are available 48 hours from the start time of your scheduled test. I took mine on a Friday at noon and the results were available Sunday at 1 pm.

I'm sorry that the post wasn't working. I posted from my phone. And I don't care what is discouraged, I could not not and would not stand by and watch a 70 year old woman get beat with an IV pole. My conscious would not let me sleep at night. Did they even confirm if the patient was a psych patient? The reports are really all over the place with this one.

I know exactly what you mean especially in that hospital. But it's disgusting that that happened to her in a job where she is there to care for people. I can't man...

I don't know of she is. There are mixed reports, some saying she didn't make it

Not so good but I think it's because it's still early in the year and a lot of places don't have their budgets yet. So probably in the next two months things should start opening up. Hopefully

What about people asking for OP's notes and posting their email, full name and phone number in threads. Or blatantly asking people to share their study materials that are very costly.

I never received a call back. I just read the description on the website. It seemed cool that they're providing training. Did you get an interview of sorts?

Are you being forced to work 4-5 days or do the haggle you to come in and pick up an extra shift?

Hi all I just wanted to know if anyone here applied for Bayada's nurse residency position for peds? It's a new program for them. For people with questions, it's a new program they are starting. It's basically a nursing fellowship. For more information such as location and requirements you can go to their website. I woud post the link but I don't know if that is allowed and I always lean on the side of caution. Has anyone heard back from them?

I have to disagree....with one of the above mentioned for the experienced nurse lol. Not only can the experienced nurse hear an alarm they can hear an alarm around the corner down the hall and know if it's bed A or B. Just my personal experience with an experienced nurse. She had the ears of a dog! Of course everyone will not find this funny, that's why there are countless other threads to be read on this wonderful forum. I am still cracking up.
