Does anyone know if this is only for Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits. I have been contemplating a job in corrections because of state retirement so would OIG list exclusion make me ineligible for this type of position or is it mostly for medical facilities? Thanks

Did any of you ever know what the basic drug testing panels were labeled as? I think it's crazy not to at least have the negatives show on official lab testing form. Even prisoners have that right to know what they are being tested for. Just craziness!

So what would the rationale for just adding on any other type of drugs like the ones you referenced above without any hx of issues with that particular drug? I understand Peth and all but random Benadryl and salvi seems odd to me.

I'm sure the chemical evaluation will have a lot of persuasion but just wasn't sure if they tested for it without having any previous issue with it? Hi yes there are a few Davita's scattered through Alabama but nothing close to me. Fresenius says the PCT's would be working under my license so it sounds like that may not work. I appreciate you responding though because it's a lonely feeling not finding a job. Thank goodness for my husband. Thanks again

HI Im a nurse who will be on probation in the near future. I was wondering if fresenius will hire nurses on probation? I spoke to one nurse that says the PCTs work under my license and im not sure a probationary nurse would qualify with that. My license is clear now but upcoming investigation and from what my friends on probation state that it will be rough finding a job. I just didn't want to start one and lose it in a few months. Any information would be appreciated.
