  1. hi classes mates i am glade that we are all chating. Im Dion the LPN in he class i am moving from san diego to start the nursing program in jan. I hope that we can all help each other through this journey because as a lpn i have done this before. I am part time the first year because i have to take gen chem so il be full time in 2013 but i take less classes. let keep in touch and will see each other in nov 17. if anyone want to email me my sreen name here is my email just add @yahoo.com tells pray school is only 3 days a week. thanks all.   3. yea I might have to go part time because I live im cali and cant get the gen chem done so im praying that i can crash the class here and be full time as well. Maybe we can be study buddies.

  5. Omg I am so scared that I won't make it. I am going to the Tulsa camus have you Hurd any bad things about that campus and it's students I no I have to work part time a am doing the lpn-bsn so I test out of 3 classes. I want to make sure I'm making the right choice for me moving across country. The Tulsa bsn program is 2 years was yes the same. Hmmm and what advice can u give me. Thanks so much. Dion

  8. Hi I start school spring 2012 I'm in the lvn-bsn I think it is the same class as the reg bsn just a few less classes. I'm not sure how had the program Is but I hope it is not so bad because I have to work part time.

  13. I have much so agree with the faculty member. I am glad I called the boards as well as spoke with the school and got the facts I needed to help me make the right choice in applying to LU tulsa. Good luck to all. SD CA
  14. wow thanks so much. Im not sure were the best place to live is for me. I like that ou area oh and does it now i have a sports car that i am scared to drive. I want to work in a hospital but if nursing homes pay more I am willing to work. Have you heard it hard for lpn's to get into nursing programs. Im applying at Langston and maybe Tu. but im hoping to get in some were cheep for a bsn program. thanks so much.
  15. HI all I am moving from san diego for a bsn program and I need to work. I make $22 a hour in but I am wanting to know how much lpn's make in OK. Does nursing homes pay better, I think that I will be living in Tulsa and I am hoping I will not have a hard time finding a job with 2 years experience. Thanks all

  17. Hi I live in san diego and i am looking at national's LVN to bsn but i wanted to no if it was hard to get in to the gen BSN program in LA. I retook micro for a better grade and i am worried i wont get in even though i have a 3.0. Congrats by the way.

  19. yes i am one of them 24 year old and its been 8 years after surg pain a pt is so back but it takes about 6months to recover!
  20. So i came out to tulsa from san diego to talk to OU and they said that we should as lvn's or lpns apply to all 3 campus. has anyone applyed and got in. i am almost done with all the pre reqs and i did not no if the program was very hard and if it was hard to get into! please let me know! D

Hi so i wanted to tell you that you can do anything that you put your mind to! i Am a 24 year old male that had the same problem if not worst then you and i became a LVN in San Diego cali. at a community college that was 100% pass rate and it was so hard but i did it! Now im packing my bags and moving to tulsa next summer in hopes to get into a LPN-BSN program at OU. So you can do it dont say you cant and dont think you cant ok. Best of luck and keep your head high!
