  1. You could try Apparel Pro in Tempe, they have a HUGE assortment including tall sizes, and they offer student discounts :)
  2. Yes, thank you for giving us the heads up! Good luck to you, I hope you find a position!
  3. Dancinchick, did you apply at the last minute for the July start date? Perhaps you should try again for the Oct session and get in as an early admission?
  4. Hi, I've been accepted to start in July 2010, it took about two weeks to hear back after my file was complete. Good luck to you!
  5. 1 mile?! Jealous! Such a sweet commute! No excuse for you to be late
  6. I think the answer to your question will be in your employee handbook or manual. The amount of PTO given varies by company...
  7. I'm sure she got a reality check after that and used a different choice of words if she found a new job
  8. On the bright side, at least you still successfully submitted three others :)
  9. Don't worry, if you end up breaking up, you will have enough studying on your plate to keep you busy :)
  10. I have also found textbooks on craigslist for a lot cheaper than the used price at the bookstore. And I have also sold some on there as well and got a better deal than what the school wants to give back.
  11. Hi, I just took the Hesi A2 today and it wasn't bad at all. Don't over stress yourself about it :) Just brush up on your weak areas. You probably take harder exams during the semester compared to this one! Like everyone else said, it's BASIC math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of decimals, percentages, ratios, fractions. Learn your roman numerals, conversions and military time. There is a calculator on the screen for the math. I only had to take the Math, Reading Comp and Vocabulary sections and we got our results printed on the spot. I didn't feel the reading or vocab sections were very difficult. Good luck to you!
  12. Thanks for your helpful advice! I also found that drawing out the pictures/diagrams like the Kreb Cycle would help me put together the steps. I appreciate you providing a list of the root words too :)
  13. Hi Rimzy, Are you taking the class entirely online? That sounds challenging!! How do you do your labs?
  14. I decided to take Medical Terminology during A&P I because I knew I would use many of the terms later for A&P II and other classes. I personally benefited from the class, and it was easy "elective" credits since it was an online course.
