Hey so I finished all the testing, wasn't found to have a supstance abuse disorder, they just want me to be monitored. The evaluator said he had no problem with it being a 2 year contract with one year early termination if everything goes well for that year & he had no problem with me going back to my unit and not having a narc restriction. He sent in his 24hr report but is still working on his final report. All my hair and drug tests have been negative (total of 7) just waiting on ipn to send me my contract. How long did it take for you to get yours?

Hey did the doctor from your eval say that only monitoring was needed because that's what mine says. On the part where they mark if I needed treatment and what kind, nothing was marked and at the bottom it just said that I needed to do an online course and submit proof which I did.

They are having me do a multi day comprehensive evaluation to include a psychological evaluation an neurocognitive testing, including an appropriate battery of psychometric assessments. You must also undergo personality testing as a component of the psychological evaluation.

Thank you for the info, all my drug test have came back negative, urine, blood and hair follicle. Now they are wanting me to go do these tests. Do you have the name of the facility in winter park or the name of doctor? That would be great. Also, how much was it for the additional testing?

Where did you go for this testing & did they recommend treatment afterwards?

Jas10 did you have to do treatment? Did they make you go for more neurocognitive testing after your eval?

Has anyone tried the "trick" from Florida. Does it work no matter what state you are from?
