Thank you for the info, after you put ".9" in your post I could almost hear the recruiter in my head saying that my position was .9...I feel a bit better :)

I just called and spoke with another woman in HR who said any job there that is under 40 hours is called part-time, but that I am still eligable for benefits. I still want to talk with my recruiter to confirm I am getting my 36..*sigh*
