With regards to my college, the background check once submitted, if there is a problem with the background they have your contact information and will contact you. It was far easier to tell everyone they passed background check by "no news is good news". But my college told those parameters. Simple fix is call school ask what status of background check is.

Only you can perfect your own study habits. Some people like to study in groups. Group studying doesnt work for me. I have tried making note cards for a quarter, writing questions on ms word for a whole quarter, writing on paper, and now my study habits last 2 quarters have been none of above and i just reread pertinent information several times. My program is seven quarters long, and have one left to go :) So basically, you have to figure out what works for you.

Those feelings are normal. Have faith in yourself and youll do great.

I own a sportkbike and have had one eight years now. I have had two friends killed while riding in 07' and 08' and I have ridden virtually none since than. One highly experienced rider and the other had bike less than 2 weeks and both result of operator error. However, I still have fun riding and am looking to seadoos as a new hobby. Pedestrian fatalities shown above..thats amazing.

Hello, I will graduate this December 2010 with my RN. However, my school is up for its state acceditation renewl this October 2010. What happens if they fail? Does that mean I ****** 2yrs away for nothing and despite being 2months away from graduating. Is there a probation period if they fail?

Well you did alot more thanme. Another guy and I for my clinical group did not get to partake in the Labor and Delivery unit, whiich I found very odd... we stayed at mother baby while the other women got to do rotation at LD. I did give some shots to the newborns. My first little pt was a trooper and easy,and my 2nd one was the winiest girl ever. I think there personalities are formed already...

You get free pass for that and your intructors will continue to tell future students not to pass out..because it happens! Brush it off...its not like you faint during lectures or tests...or do you..wink winik

Good job. Im in same boat too. I have one final on monday, which will be easy! My LPN was 4 quarters long..glad its over with!

Tuition is $ 1,100 a quarter. 4 quarters is LPN, 3 more for RN 1100 is high end, some quarter is 970bucks. books not included...one quarter spent 50bucks other spent zero Live in washington state.

Pretty much cant go wrong with more studying :) Tomorrow my last clinical day and lecture exam this monday then im finnished with LPN (woo hoo). I get my final evaluation tomorrow and cant wait till day over! I get a few weeks off which is great then school starts again...this decemeber is RN if all goes well!

Well youve accomplished one battle, that is getting in a program and meeting the requirements. Now comes the next battle, passing and staying in school! I felt the same way as you and was terrified of failing and letting my friends and family down or washing out. Just make school your life. Develop rock solid study habit. For me, it seemed like I put blood, sweat, and tears into studying and sometimes only barely passed the tests and other students did same thing but failed, putting so much effort and getting low grades is self esteem smasher to me. However, this might happen to you so just dig down deeper and study harder and never give up. And if it happens again, work even harder next time. Thats what I did and I am still alive and well in program! Best of luck!
