  1. interesting points!
  2. Hi CA RN, I also just got hired for the OR program at UC Davis!! So exciting! I'm moving from Maryland so I really have no idea about where I should live either but I'm doing my research.
  3. Hello all, I wanted to get some opinions on this: I have been offered a job in California (I'm relocating from the east coast) and my employer needs me to be licensed by the start date of the program (early august). I have not taken NCLEX yet but have already filled out my maryland board of nursing application to take it and be licensed there. My question is would it be faster for me to get my license in my home state and then have it endorsed in california or should I apply for license by exam in CA directly? Also, does anyone know if it is faster to get a temporary license or the interim permit in CA?
  4. Did anyone apply to the NYP new grad position and NOT get put on the waiting list? That e-mail looked like a generic one that just got sent to everyone that applied regardless. Just seems like no one is saying they got a rejection e-mail for the new grad position.
